1. How to get an entry
Each entry (ticket) is earned by completing sports challenges inside the app. The challenges taking part in the monthly prize draw are marked in the app and are free to enter: completing one earns you at least one ticket, and some award extra tickets for exceeding the goal.
2. Free entry — no purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. You can obtain an entry without paying by completing the free monthly challenge, with the same chance of winning as any other participant.
3. How the winner is chosen
At the close of each month, every valid ticket is assigned a random number. The winner is drawn from all tickets during the "Finish Line" live broadcast, on the announced draw date.
All prize draws are held LIVE on Instagram (@pacer_42). The date and time of each draw are announced in advance in the app and on our social media. The broadcast remains publicly available on Instagram, so any participant can verify the draw afterwards.
4. Prizes and delivery
The prizes for each edition are announced in the app. The PACER 42 team contacts the winner to arrange delivery after the broadcast.
If the winner does not respond within 15 days of first contact, PACER 42 may declare the prize unclaimed and hold a new draw among the remaining tickets.
Prizes are personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other product. Only the published prize is awarded.
5. Eligibility
Only persons aged 18 or over, resident in countries where the prize draw is legal (currently: Ecuador), may take part. Users in other countries may use the entire app — challenges, points, ranking, partners, races — but do not take part in the prize draw and do not receive tickets.
By taking part, the winner agrees that their name (first name and last-name initial) and city may be published in the app, on the website, and on PACER 42's social media.
6. Sponsor
PACER 42 (the app's developer) is the sponsor and organizer of this prize draw.
This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. All responsibility for the prize draw, the prizes, and their delivery lies solely with PACER 42.
7. Changes
PACER 42 may amend these rules. Any change is published on this page with its update date and announced in the app.
